LotT has no accounts. Your flashcards live on your device and never leave it.

Your decks

Decks and study progress are stored locally — in your browser on the web, on your phone in the Android app. We can't see them. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes them.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how LotT is used. This collects:

• app interactions — events such as starting a session, marking a card as known, or ending a session
• a pseudonymous analytics identifier assigned to your browser or app installation
• general device and app information, such as device type, operating system and screen size
• an approximate location — country or city level — derived from your IP address

The contents of your cards are never included. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider; see Google's privacy policy.

Waitlist and feedback

If you join the waitlist or send feedback, the email address you provide is optional and is stored by Netlify Forms, our service provider. We use it only to reply to you or to tell you about LotT. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Android permissions

The Android app asks to display over other apps — that's how the card floats above your videos — and shows a notification while a study session runs. These permissions draw the card; they don't read your screen or collect any data.

What we don't do

No ads. No advertising identifiers. No selling or sharing your data with third parties beyond the service providers named above. No tracking across other apps or sites.

Children

LotT is intended for users aged 13 and over.

Your choices

You can remove your decks at any time by clearing site data or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of a feedback email, or of analytics data associated with your installation, write to us at the address below.
